We are currently offering both in person and teletherapy services.
We use HIPAA compliant Zoom for my teletherapy services (free to use).
Individual Counseling Session
Individual therapy provides you with one hour a week completely dedicated to yourself! You can come in and talk about whatever is bothering you in an open and accepting environment.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and implement aspects of narrative and strategic therapy.
Couples Counseling Session
Couples therapy provides you and your partner a non-judgemental and unbiased sounding board for whatever is going on in your relationship.
I am a Gottman Level 2 Therapist and Certified in Prepare/Enrich, both of which are geared towards working with couples in distress and/or pre-marital issues.
Family therapy provides a safe space to discuss communication issues, conflict and/or changes in your family unit.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate”
explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, we need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your appointment. You can also ask us, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
