About Rachael
Life can be challenging and overwhelming at times, and it’s okay to ask for support. I’m here to offer a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, develop new ways to cope, and reconnect with your authentic self.
I hold an M.S./Ed.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a B.S. in Psychology, both from Florida State University. I work with individuals facing anxiety and depression, challenges related to self-esteem and relationships, and life transitions, including work and career stress. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after some time away, I’m committed to walking alongside you as you uncover your resilience, develop life skills, and create meaningful change, all while fostering empowerment every step of the way.
