About Dr. Han
People do not exist in isolation. Many of the challenges we face are shaped not only by our individual experiences, but also by our relationships, families, and environments. I believe meaningful and lasting change happens when we understand ourselves within these larger contexts rather than viewing problems as the sole responsibility of one person.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide individual, couples, and family therapy through a systemic perspective. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, deepen your understanding of your experiences, and create new ways of relating to yourself and others that support growth and healing.
I integrate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR for trauma and emotional healing and the Gottman Method for couples seeking to strengthen communication, trust, and connection.
My goal is to help clients move beyond symptom relief toward meaningful, sustainable change in their lives and relationships.
