Tracy-Ann Bennett, Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern

Tracy-Ann M. Bennett is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern at Bloom & Heal Therapy, providing compassionate, trauma-informed psychotherapy to individuals and families. Tracy-Ann specializes in maternal mental health, infant and early childhood mental health, and family-based care, with a strong foundation in both clinical and community social work.

Tracy-Ann works with adults, parents, and caregivers navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting stress, trauma, and burnout. As a trained doula, she has a particular passion for supporting individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood, as well as those working through intergenerational and relational challenges. She is currently completing advanced training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), an evidence-based, attachment-focused model designed to strengthen the caregiver–child relationship following stress or trauma.

In private therapy, Tracy-Ann offers a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. Her therapeutic approach integrates trauma-informed care, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based interventions, helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical coping skills. She believes healing happens when the mind and body are both acknowledged, and she works to help clients feel grounded, empowered, and understood.

In addition to her clinical training, Tracy-Ann is a certified yoga teacher and incorporates mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness into therapy when appropriate. She is especially attentive to clinician burnout and caregiver fatigue, supporting clients who give deeply to others and are learning how to care for themselves more sustainably. Tracy-Ann is committed to culturally responsive, ethical practice and values creating a therapeutic relationship rooted in safety, trust, and authenticity. She welcomes clients seeking support, growth, and meaningful change.
